Which class do you  need?

Depending on how chronic (long standing) and intense (ouch level) your pain is, the classes are divided in three levels.

Beginners

Beginners class is for someone who has never exercised or is suffering from chronic pain for long time. The exercise plan consists of basic exercises for muscle strengthening.

Intermediate

Intermediate class is after completion of the Beginners class, and you have gained good muscle strength.Exercise includes further strengthening , Resistance exercises using Therabands, weight belts, dumbells etc.

Advanced

Advanced class is the final class required for maintenance therapy.Exercise includes advanced strengthening,HIIT Plans, and resistance training with bands, weight belts, dumbells, gym balls etc.

Timings

Fit at Sixty classes are conducted twice or thrice a week in one hour sessions.
